  Our It’s YOUR Business Show---for the first time on the Monday Show started with Commercial Real Estate- expert Ron Nelson---

   It just made sense----the first and second Monday of the month---we do the Report Card Show and Remodelers Shows---that feature leaders from the Home Builders Association, Real Estate Association, Bankers, repair experts and even the past President of the South Dakota Home Builders Association.

  So for the next two weeks—we’ll talk during the 9-10 show will all of those leaders and look at the numbers pulled together by the Building Permit Office. 

  Mr. Nelson let the listeners know he was following the texts from the misnomer --- The Big Beautiful Bill by the current occupant in the White House. If you took a poll---pretty sure---that it is anything but a Beautiful Bill ---with all those concerned about being able to pay the bills today, tomorrow and beyond.

   We know on what will be on Monday—that Ron will be reading and writing from the Commercial side of the ledger—with what he sees and expects to happen.

   With all the storms that over the weekend----and last week—we are working closely with Blackburn Repair.com. With another storm Sunday night----we shared having Zach Appletoft and Miguel La(voy) talking us thru the trouble last week in our July 25th Show.

   We knew the storm Sunday night from Eastern South Dakota border that included communities--- including Watertown---would have more help that would be needed –this week-----

   We are working with Blackburn Repair—and will get updated in the Tuesday July 29th show.

   As we talked with the climatologists---we knew that we needed to get them back on as a reminder to our listeners---that there is help with your soggy basement and much more. We’ll do our part this week and keep an eye on what Mother Nature is doing.

    Sadie Swier----will be promoting quite the opportunity with the 4th Annual Women’s Visionary Summit---taking place August 7th 8 to 1 at the Canopy by Hilton here in Sioux Falls. Sadie will be with us all four show days this week---giving you some insights as to what you might learn and do to improve what you know and how it can help your business.

    Another event that will be happening this week ---is the Sioux Empire Fair that opens on Friday. Julie Hammer talked with us about the Fair itself that runs from August 1st to 9th. And yes we will follow with Julie what our listeners can expect this year—including a big opportunity with Navy Week as well. We thank the Navy with what they have done—and even though I was Air Force Blue---the Navy is a pride all of us had in the military.

   Our It’s YOUR Business Show---have plenty of leads to follow—yes events to follow over the next 2 weeks. And really for the next month plus when you include the South Dakota State Fair that will be in Huron—and yes we are scheduled to be there as well----
