Kip Rounds—SD Game Fish and Parks----as we are in the 2nd half of July---look to the great outdoors—to hunt—to fish---and yes enjoy the state parks. We know like most state agencies in not only South Dakota and neighboring states—the FEDS---even with Kristi Noem, John Thune, Mike Rounds, and Dusty Johnson in DC---have sent serious cutbacks our way. We didn’t get any special treatment—but it means that we have to be smart about how we promote the pheasant season, fishing, and hunting---without some of the green stuff to help promote it. It was certainly affect the retailers that are out there with their livelihood at stake because of what they see as something they don’t need to approve in our state of South Dakota.
