  I’m Bill Zortman and WELCOME to OUR REMODELERS SHOW---always the 2nd Monday of the month—after we do the Report Card Show on the First Monday.

  As we learned last week on February 2nd---2025 was quite the year---and 2026—has started out as a year that we’ll want to keep a close eye on with all those from around the country----hundreds of miles away—or perhaps just a few hours away. 2026---will be interesting.

  We bring together leaders of the Real Estate Association—and the HOME Builders Association  to discuss what they are seeing and what they expect will happen in the year.

   The BANKERS join us---in looking at what is available for rates---deals---and financial features that will make a difference.

   Neil King provided the numbers on February 2nd—so we were able to learn—how we will follow 2025---and just how we have started 2026 now in the first 40 days.

   What about the opportunities to buy and sell—and what are the financial institutions offering.

   This month---Teddi Mueller—of the Home Builders Association has an event at the Convention Center---that should attract hundreds if not thousands—learning all that is being sold---the opportunities to remodel a home-----and you name it—we know it will be worth our time before the 28 days of February pass into the past.
