   Ron Nelson---Mr. Commercial Real Estate share with us another chapter on the success of commercial real estate and from previous week housing sales—and success.

   Nelson does represent the Commercial Side of Real Estate---as a perfect follow to the Residential Real Estate in the Report Card Show and the Remodelers Shows the past 2 weeks.

   The numbers for 2025---are exceeding 2024---and when you put together the professionals that reported back from the wide real estate world---it continued to show the pluses for the City of Sioux Falls.

   With just 135 days left in 2025----Sioux Falls is among a thimble full of communities that has much housing and building to crow about this year.

   The Bender Report was reported on by Jodi Schwan--- in our Friday show—which also mirrored the growth and the strong finish to 2025.

    From the Sioux Metro Alliance--- Tyler Tordeson----talked about the bus tour that will happen tomorrow—almost unbelievable how just under 20 communities are tied together. It’s a great story---and while there is so much publicity with the Sioux Falls and Rapid City of our state—this working together is quite the growing saga---in Southeast South Dakota. It’s one thing that makes Southeast South Dakota a model. We’ll continue to watch the fellowship and friendship in the times ahead.

    Nikki Jones---has been a tour guide for us as well she is helping us bring Dakota-fest together as we follow the Tuesday-Thursday saga in Mitchell. Coverage by phone on Tuesday---and live from Mitchell 9-11 on Wednesday.

   Sadie Swier---who hosted the 4th Annual Women’s Visionary Summit—gave us a follow-up to the 130 that attended the events. Knowing Your Worth------gave lots of instructions to ladies that want to learn and grow---wow—just think of those that were part of this special training---and can point back to this Visionary Summit.

   Our It’s YOUR Business Show---included lots of hard working people that will show this time on the calendar—where they learned and it made a big difference in their development.
