Service was announced they had been voted Sioux Falls Best for the 20th year in a row.

  The Former IRS Agent--- took what he learned as an agent to where it has helped those that need answers to complicated issues get it.

  I think maybe 8-10 years Tim talks and I help organize the publicly help listeners to learn what is important—and how to stay out of trouble with the IRS.

  Tim does it returns –I take some of the thoughts he has and help plan it for 4 quarter hours---ready to take phone calls---and with what he hears from callers, bringing in notes---my job is to go back and look at the notes from previous shows----and with Norm Anderson answering the calls we cover a lot of ground.

   It may seem basic that South Dakota doesn’t pay a state income tax---but 40 other states do. We talk about that---rolling together---helpful content for the listeners.

   This morning we had some calls---things like the Big Beautiful Bill still comes up---and it perhaps is one of the shows that can bring people on both sides of the political fence to think the worst about the politicians (both sides yes) ----and our job for the hour is to help them stay out of the line of fire of the IRS----but understand what you need for the federal taxes----the constant and confusing changes –but a very believable Tax Guy—that says common down –and I’ll help you.

    He shares his 4 locations---his hours----and of course the hours change outside and after the April 15th tax deadline.

    Little things like the IRS is phasing out paper checks---how can education credit impact your TAX RETURN?

    A new one this month—from the IRS---NO MORE FREE LUNCHES—and you could be Taxed on any employer being provided FOOD.

   Questions like we are in the middle of August---how can summer activities impact next year’s TAX RETURNS-s?

    You also learn how Tim and Team help those in 40 other states that have to be pay a State Income Tax. Not the case in South Dakota—but when they move to our state---they may sell have been taking an income from that state. One more thing for Tim to do.

   This was new—and it could affect a lot of people. Over 1 billion dollars could be collected on taxes from unreported gambling winnings.

    All of this was the backdrop to Ness winning the 20th year in a row---and being there to help you whether you live in South Dakota ---or any of the other 4 dozen or so states. With the ability to dial 336-1320 and ask Tim a question---it has a good feel—and he is a good guy.
