Blog---August 11, 2025—9-10—Remodelers Show

  Interesting Collection of reports in one of our two Report Card-Remodelers shows.

  Neil King –who handles the building permits for the City of Sioux Falls was on along with Teddi Mueller---who heads the Home Builders Association---Tony Bachman who continues to lead the pack of Real Estate leaders and historians ----The Kelly’s ---Dave and yes Kelly Kelly gave us a crash course in interest rates—when to do as Rose did on using her funding wisely in selling and or/buying a home.

   You need to listen to all the ideas---and realize if you are sorting your best hopes for tomorrow----and have someone you and your family trust—you can make it play in your direction.

   Dave Kelly talked us thru financials---this situation and that. Find someone you can trust---and talked it over with your family. Talk is never cheap---if you find a way to make it pay the way you are going.

   The estimate is that before the end of September –Sioux Falls will cross over the billion dollar figure.

    Thru the years we have taken the leaders of the various associations---we have talked like there are good people listening ---and there are. This show is heard 9-10—on the first Monday of the month as well as the second. Those on our panels ---continue to change as new officers are elected---and we bring people together that can indeed help.

    Teddi Mueller has worked with our radio shows for some time---and she knows the intent is to help not only her association but those they serve. Good questions---caring responses—and the need to keep telling it like it us from several different directions.

    Todd Boots---former President of the South Dakota Home Builders Association---isn’t afraid to work with us—tell he sees as a past President---and where he thinks the Association will land in the months and years ahead.

    Traditionally we get Jerry Berg---Joe Hansen, and Steve Swenson—who work repairs, merchandise and even more. All were off on this 2nd week but we expect them back with us on September 8th and 15th.
