   It was a rather unusual It’s YOUR Business Show---but with just two days left in April----and the housing army joining us the next 2 Monday’s 9-10 with the Report Card Show and the Remodelers Show---we decided to close the door with all the information we could with our listened for the 4th month of 2025.

   Larissa Luther—is part of the Housing Authority, Tony Bachman—has helped me pull together the monthly Report and Remodelers shows for 6-8 years----and Dave Kelly talks the financial side from the banking bunkers.

   Larissa gave us the first read---special help for those that can’t afford to buy a house and get a break that is very interesting. Larissa with Dave Kelly—and Tony Bachman---exchanges notes—all learned something including the listeners that may wonder how they qualify. 

   We’ll be sharing some of the same details in the Report Card Show this next Monday----and the podcast of this show ---the first quarter hour might be very helpful to listen to.

   Dave ---knew more than Tony or I did—working financing –you can bet his wife Kelly Kelly would too.

   We’ll see what comes up next Monday.

   Dave talked to us about the financing of homes---where they are coming from---what they are wanting ----and the Heck-ham that his wife works here and in Minnesota as well.

   Being an old real estate agent after 6-7 years in the business---it is interesting to see how this show comes together----what the guests know and if I’m surprised to new wrinkles---we know those that need housing are learning as well. Just a side mental benefit for me to know we are helping people find out what else is out there and what they can afford.

   All agreed that South Dakota has had a lot of activity in housing----even in a year of affordable crisis nationwide.
