EST Gee sits down with Loon on It’s Up There ahead of BIGGER THAN THE DEVIL for a wide-ranging conversation about Lil Durk’s federal case, Pooh Shiesty, Yo Gotti and CMG, Future, his current Interscope situation, almost dying at James Harden’s house, street rap, money, grief and what comes next in his career. Loon and EST Gee get into Lil Durk’s case, Gee’s relationship with Durk and where his head is as the trial reaches a critical stage. Pooh Shiesty also becomes part of the conversation as Gee speaks on his relationship with Shiesty, the situation surrounding him and the larger pressure that continues to follow some of the biggest street rappers of their generation. That leads into a bigger discussion about law enforcement and hip-hop. Loon and Gee talk about police understanding the slang, relationships and affiliations inside the culture, how much information artists put online and whether the business around street rap has become too public. EST Gee also addresses the conversation around Yo Gotti and CMG, including the viral $750,000 signing moment, the “Rich Before Gotti” line, the rumors surrounding their relationship and what his next business move could look like as his current Interscope deal reaches an important point. Future comes up through a behind-the-scenes story Gee has never made a major public talking point before. The conversation gets into their tour relationship, money, how Future treated him behind the scenes and why Gee believes Future deserves a different level of respect when people discuss the biggest Southern rap careers. Loon also challenges Gee on his own place in street rap—how much influence he has had on the sound and image of the generation that followed him, whether modern rap has lost its regional identity and why so many artists now seem to look, sound and move alike. Money and success open another side of the interview as Gee and Loon talk about the opportunities, bad investments and strange pitches that start coming once people know an artist has money. They get into expensive dogs, NFTs, clothing brands, scams and some of the lessons Gee learned after becoming successful. One of the wildest stories in the episode comes when EST Gee talks about almost dying at James Harden’s house, and the friend who saved his life joins the conversation to revisit what happened. The episode also gets into grief, losing people close to him, fatherhood, keeping his children away from the internet, meeting King Von, youth football in Louisville and using money and influence to create opportunities outside of music. With BIGGER THAN THE DEVIL arriving during a major transition point in his career, EST Gee and Loon cover where he has been, what changed around him and what the next chapter could look like. EST Gee On Lil Durk Case, Pooh Shiesty, Gucci Mane, Future & Almost Dying With James Harden -Full Ep

The Lil Durk trial has reached jury deliberations—and the longer the verdict takes, the more questions surround OTF Jam, OTF Vonnie, the alleged lack of payment, and the government’s case. In this full episode of Internal Affairs, Loon delivers continuing Lil Durk trial coverage from inside the evidence and outside the internet noise. He breaks down why the jury may be taking its time, which parts of the cooperating witnesses’ testimony could create reasonable doubt, and how the same testimony can help the prosecution in one moment and hurt it in the next. Loon drills into one of the biggest questions hanging over the case: if a murder-for-hire agreement existed, where is the payment? He explains why the absence of a clear transaction can support the defense—but also why the government may argue that no payment was ever needed to prove its theory. The conversation examines OTF Jam, OTF Vonnie, the travel evidence, alleged communications after the shooting, and the pressure jurors face when a man’s freedom is on the line. The episode also breaks down the closing arguments from Brian Steel and Drew Findling. Loon examines Steel’s decision to attack OTF Jam’s credibility, the defense’s portrayal of Jam as a violent and unreliable witness, and whether Findling’s courtroom style gave jurors enough substance when the stakes were highest. Then Loon turns to Akademiks. After the government referenced content from Lil Durk’s interview, Loon explains why media footage does not disappear once it enters the federal courtroom—and why Akademiks’ history with 6ix9ine, King Von and Lil Durk cannot be separated from the larger public narrative surrounding the case. Loon also discusses what a hung jury could mean, whether prosecutors could retry unresolved counts, how King Von connects to OTF Vonnie’s access, and whether more federal pressure could follow after this trial. Later in the episode, Internal Affairs examines Adam22 and Lena the Plug’s reported separation, the business and relationship pressures behind their public conversation, and the symbolism Loon saw in the Drake wedding-ring moment. This episode was recorded while the jury was still deliberating. Trial developments may have changed after recording. All charges and claims discussed remain allegations unless proven in court, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until found guilty. What do you believe the jury is wrestling with most: witness credibility, the missing payment, the travel evidence, or the Akademiks interview? Loon EXPOSES the SHOCKING REASON the JURY Will NOT CONVICT Lil Durk - Full Ep

Lil Durk was found NOT GUILTY on all five counts in his federal murder-for-hire trial — so why is he still in federal custody? Loon breaks down the question thousands of people have been asking since the verdict and explains the separate federal case that is still keeping Lil Durk behind bars. Durk's murder-for-hire acquittal ended the case surrounding the 2022 Los Angeles shooting targeting Quando Rondo. But it did not end his federal legal battle. A separate trial is currently scheduled for October 5 involving murder-related racketeering and weapons allegations. On Internal Affairs, Loon breaks down why those allegations were separated from the murder-for-hire trial, what prosecutors are alleging in the next case, and why the first NOT GUILTY verdict could become important when Durk's legal team returns to court. Loon also raises another major question: Can prosecutors use some of the same cooperating witnesses and evidence again while trying to connect Durk personally to a separate alleged violent enterprise? The first jury found Lil Durk not guilty on every count it considered. Now the question becomes what that clean sweep changes — and what it doesn't — when the next federal trial begins. All allegations in the pending case remain unproven, and Lil Durk has pleaded not guilty. Watch Internal Affairs with Loon for continued coverage of the Lil Durk federal cases. #LilDurk #LilDurkTrial #InternalAffairs Join Our Its Up There Podcast Clip Channel now https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEh6Wk40kcNcMJ4t_jtmluw Discord https://discord.gg/GJKXMWQS For all exclusive interviews & more content not here click here https://www.patreon.com/itsuptherepodcast 🚨Unreleased Interviews https://www.patreon.com/itsuptherepodcast 🦺All Merch Options teespring.com/its-up-there-podcast-merch 🎧LISTEN ON SPOTIFY: https://open.spotify.com/show/4Jheeb8FxYVDRo8khyrz36?si=e339dD2JRte2MYX2Uon3BQ 👀 SUBSCRIBE HERE:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl_GorAVekpEVDlk1Yc8giw 👂 LISTEN ON APPLE PODCASTS: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/its-up-there-podcast/id1317524092?uo=4 👣FOLLOW ITS UP THERE PODCAST HOST : INSTAGRAM | fogfo_looney TIKTOK | https://www.tiktok.com/@fogfo_looney PATREON| https://www.patreon.com/itsuptherepodcast SUBSCRIBE TO Youtube Channel ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl_GorAVekpEVDlk1Yc8giw WATCH MORE ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwNIuOcAtoo&list=PLnwwxLxHiDWayq4HPgNYUtsAGvqe3liOO
