Sam Colley had the great pleasure of catching up with chef and entrepreneur Craig Shanahan, star of the second book in the Big Visions series of children's books, Cooking Up a Storm.

Craig has spent all his adult life in the world of food as both a chef and owner of the Blind Chef Cafe in Penrith, where he won an Employer of Choice award for his work promoting accessibility and providing work for people with disabilities in the local community.
