Sam speaks with Santiago Velasquez Hurtado, co-founder of Hailo, an app now available on iPhone and Android for public transport users to hail a bus or tram more safely and accessibly than before, and inform the driver when and where they would like to be dropped off.

Hailo is currently available on the Melbourne bus network however there are plans to expand the app to other modes of transport and cities in future.
