Dr. Shahana is known for her TEDx talk "Emotional Literacy for Better Mental Health" and has been featured on major media outlets including CTV and Global. She blends her personal experience with postpartum anxiety with her professional background in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness meditation. Dr. Shahana is passionate about shaping policy around child and youth mental health and bridging the gap between healthcare and social-emotional education. Her new book "Feel Better" is set for release in September 2024.
