Deric also takes us inside his experience joining The Rookie, stepping into an established hit series and eventually becoming a series regular. He shares what it was like filming his first day on set, building the character of Miles, possible future showmances, how the cast and crew immediately made him feel like family from day one, and more. He also opens up about his mental health journey, and leaves us with a very powerful never said this before moment.
