Why do we sometimes question ourselves before questioning the situation we're in?

Fear, hope, and past experiences can influence how we interpret concerning behavior and what we decide to do about it.
In this continuation of Before the Harm, licensed clinical social worker and therapist Adelia Johnson joins us to discuss self-doubt, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and the emotions that can make difficult situations even harder to navigate.
We also talk about how to support someone without judgment and how we can begin rebuilding trust in our own judgment.
