Hunting 4 Answers Campus Tour: Agnes Scott College

In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers: In September 2023, 21-year-old Deundrea Ford disappeared after leaving work along Houston’s East Freeway in the early morning hours. Surveillance video showed her getting into a white van with a man. After that, she was never publicly seen again. Months later, a man was charged with murder in connection with her disappearance. In October 2024, authorities confirmed that human remains found in Dallas earlier that year had been identified as Deundrea Ford. The case is now moving through the courts.

We also revisit the case of Joycelyn Wilson, a Spelman College instructor who disappeared during a day on Lake Oconee in February 2025. Her body was recovered the next day after an empty boat was discovered circling unattended on the water. Weeks later, search crews located the body of her fiancé, Gary Jones. Months after the incident, the medical examiner determined that both deaths were the result of accidental drowning.

Surveillance cameras captured her leaving the building, but what happened after she stepped into the parking lot has never been clearly established. She was reported missing two days later, and investigators soon began examining the unanswered questions surrounding her disappearance. Over the years, limited public developments have emerged, and no one has ever been charged in connection with the case. More than fifteen years later, Marie has never been located, and her family continues to wait for answers.
