Within weeks, investigators announced they believed Erica was no longer alive, and an arrest warrant was issued for the man she lived with. In July 2024, a jury convicted him of first-degree murder. But one critical piece of the case remains unresolved: Erica’s remains have never been found. Even after sentencing, the search for answers continues.
