Rebecca Tighe is a People and Culture extraordinaire at 8Squad, an Australia professional services IT company that leverages Salesforce innovation to drive business performance that puts humans first.

Bec’s appetite for team training and development has led her into a Bachelor of Business at the University of Newcastle, in leadership and strategic human resource practice. Rebecca’s mission is to help humans build, create, and sustain meaningful experiences both in their personal and professional lives.

Outside of work, Bec has been on the Hunter Young Professionals Board where she is keen to provide new and innovative ways for young guns in the Hunter region to connect, learn and grow.
