Kylie Frearson is a passionate advocate for the buyer in a property transaction. This lead her to launch Buyer’s Agent business Property Solutions 101 in 2011.

She saw a need for buyers to have their own independent representation to level the playing field when purchasing property and made creating this opportunity her goal with her business.

Kylie is an extremely sharp negotiator, with years of local real estate knowledge, and has built a team of professionals just as passionate as she is.

Outside of work, Kylie is passionate about supporting women in sports and business, which has led her to launch a range of different initiatives and scholarships. Kylie and her husband Trent want to be the best possible example for their three daughters.
