As a thriver of abuse, sexual assault and a lifetime of self-loathing, Tracey created 'Daring Woman' to help others know they aren’t alone…and to be a place for women to find and share their voice. Tracey is unstoppable and is a role model for others. Tracey's husband passed away recently and she has been dealing with grief and the loss of the love of her life. She  discusses her life and how she has healed from a number of traumas that she has faced. We discuss shame, forgiveness and owning your story. Tracey reminds us that the most important person to forgive is ourselves.
