Why You Should Block Blue Light

View descriptionShare

In this digital age we live in, there is an enemy that hides beneath the surface of our screens.

It is an enemy that silently damages our health, and is overlooked by the millions of things we need to get done in our everyday lives.

Daniel Ebbett is the CEO and founder of BlockBlueLight. He had a career in IT for many years, where his constant exposure to blue light was wearing him down, and ruining his progress.

He couldn’t seem to get rid of his migraines, he developed insomnia, he couldn’t concentrate on what he’s doing.

He was barely performing at his peak.

His frustrations on the lack of solutions in the market inspired him to come up with a product that would help a lot of people going through the same problems as he once long did.

In this episode, we’ll learn from Daniel about the harmful effects that blue light does to our health and our mood. And some really smart choices that we can make to help solve this kind of problem.

There are heaps of golden nuggets to pick up from this conversation, and I’m looking forwards to having you in there

Hit play to tune in.

Cheers.
