In this episode of Healthy Her, host Amelia Phillips is joined by her sister-in-law, Susannah Myerson, founder of the Sober Curious Reset, to discuss something so many women are contemplating in mid-life: how to drink less.
Whether you’re about to embark on Dry July, feel the need to cut back, or are simply curious about what life might look like with less alcohol, Susannah’s tips will help you navigate the shift.
About the guest:
Susannah Myerson is an Executive Producer based in Sydney and is nearly seven years sober. She is the founder of the Sober Curious Reset, a four-week guided online program for women questioning their relationship with alcohol.
The Reset isn’t about labels, rock bottoms or quitting forever. It’s a supportive, peer-led space where women can get honest, feel less alone, and explore what might be possible with a break from drinking. Because as Susannah discovered, giving up alcohol wasn’t the end of the story. It was just the beginning.
