1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  What impact might AI have on the medical field?; daily marijuana use is now more common than daily alcohol use; Ozempic reduces risk of serious illness and death in people with diabetes and kidney disease.

2. Dr. MICHAEL DIAMOND, Washington University professor of medicine.  A study by Wash U researchers - led by Dr. Diamond -- has found that repeat vaccination with updated versions of the COVID-19 vaccine promotes the development of antibodies that neutralize a wide range of variants of the virus that causes COVID-19, as well as related coronaviruses.  What are the implications of these findings?  How might it change the thinking about annual COVID shots?  What's the latest on the current COVID variants now out there?  What about the bird flu?

3. KEVIN LEE, President and CEO of Mid-America Transplant.  St. Louis-based Mid-America Transplant is working on establishing a drone flight corridor from Springfield, Missouri, to its headquarters in St. Louis -- possibly following existing railway systems -- which have already received approval from the FAA.  They plan to operate four drones to transport blood samples for potential donors to St. Louis -- replacing the current method of using small planes or cars.  And one day, Lee says, drone technology may advance enough to transport organs.

4. KAREN BRADSHAW, Director for Community Health at SSM Health in the St. Louis region.  Every three years, hospitals are required to ask area residents what are the biggest healthcare needs in their community.  It's called a Community Health Needs Assessment.  The responses will be used to help set the health system's goals for the coming three years.  All local hospitals are combining efforts through one body -- the St. Louis Hospital Collaborative.  Surveys must be completed by the end of the month -- and can be found on every hospital website.
