1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  New study finds fish oil supplements may cause harm; FDA advisers weigh the benefits of weekly insulin injections for diabetics; new study finds strokes are increasing in people under age 65.

2. RENUKA RAYASAM, KFF Health News Senior Correspondent.  New study finds patients can't get -- or afford -- drugs used to treat diabetes and obesity.  Which drugs?  Why the shortage?  Why so expensive?   What can be done about it?

3. Dr. WAYNE WINEGARDEN, Senior Fellow and Director of the Center for Medical Economics and Innovation at the Pacific Research Institute.  Winegarden says the FDA's regulatory process needs an overhaul to allow more treatment options for immunocompromised people.  What's the issue?  What's the fix?  How critical is it for immunocompromised people to be updated on their COVID vaccines?

4.  CNN Correspondent JENNIFER WHALEN.  Talked with researchers and with supplement proponents about that new study that finds fish oil supplements may cause harm.  CBS News Correspondent MANUEL BOJORQUEZ.  How effective is the sunscreen we use?  Bojorquez says a nearly 100 year old law may be keeping the best lotions out of U.S. stores.  Why?
