1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  What advice do you have for people who have a persistent cough?  How long till we should see medical care?  As near the end of the month, what advice does he have for people who have been observing -- Dry January -- trying to make it through the month without an alcoholic drink?  Is there a recommendation on how much we can drink and not harm our health?
2. Dr. ZIYAD AL-ALY, clinical epidemiologist at Washington University School of Medicine.  Dr. Al-Aly testified before Congress last week about the dangers of long covid.  He told lawmakers long covid is on par with the burden of cancer and heart disease.  How many people have long covid?  What is it?  Is there a cure?  A treatment?  How can we avoid it?  What are the symptoms?  What will it take to find a cure?
3. KENNETH MENDEZ, President and CEO of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America -- with KMOX's MEGAN LYNCH and TOM ACKERMAN. A Senate Committee is investigating the high price of asthma inhalers in the United States -- with prices here between 12 and 70-percent higher than in other parts of the world.  Why is that?  What can be done about it?  Will this hearing make any difference?  For more info, go to aafa.org.
4.  Dr. MARC SIEGEL, FOX News Chief Medical Correspondent; MEG TILLEY, CNN Medical Correspondent; MICHAEL GEORGE, CBS News Correspondent.  A new study found that a blood test can now detect the key protein that indicates whether someone has Alzheimer's disease.  The blood test was found to be 96 percent accurate. What is this blood test?  How is it done?  What are the implications of this new blood test?  How long till it is in common use here?  And we get the details on a new study out of Europe that unlocks some of the keys to how Alzheimer's affects the brain.
