View descriptionShare

To find out more, we speak to Dr Terence Ong, consultant geriatrician and Virtual Ward programme lead at University Malaya Medical Centre, and Dr Stephanie Ko, consultant in general medicine and NUHS@Home lead at National University Hospital in Singapore.
