It's a First Alert Weather Day as Hurricane Lowell continues its track toward Kauai County. A hurricane warning is in effect for Kauai and Niihau, but the entire state could see severe conditions from the category 3 storm, including heavy rains, strong winds, and extremely dangerous surf.
