Parks are reopening after all the wet weather. But if you were planning to go to one Oahu hotspot today, you should check to see if it's open before walking out the door. What other parts are still drying out? 

Memorial Day is next week and today we'll learn more about how Honolulu will mark the date. How you can get involved.
