A warning for beach-goers. A week of wet weather left behind some bad conditions. Where you should be staying out of the water. 

Parks are reopening after all the wet weather. But if you were planning to go to one Oahu hotspot today, you should check to see if it's open before walking out the door. What other parts are still drying out?
