Dave Johnson of Pearl Technology speaks with Greg and Dan about the story between Lehigh Valley Health Network and a Russian hacking group.

Johnson explains that Lehigh experienced a ransomware attack with the leakage of hospital-specific patient photos, however, a hospital patient who was one of those exposed during the attack is now suing the hospital to pay the proposed ransom. Due to ongoing sanctions with Russia’s war in Ukraine, the hospital, legally, cannot pay the ransom.
