Dr. Jamie-Rose and Jim Guarrine join The Greg and Dan Show to talk about the connection between the Guarrine family and WMBD Radio, and Dr. Guarrine's upcoming feature in the Peoria Civic Chorale's annual "An American Family Christmas" concert. 

The PACC’s annual “An American Family Christmas” concert is from December 15-17 at the Five Points Performing Arts Center.

Dr. Guarrine, a Soprano and Peoria native as well as  a former PACC Youth and Honors Chorus member, is this year’s featured guest. 

Dr. Jamie-Rose Guarrine attended Peoria Notre Dame and received a BA in Choral Conducting at Illinois Wesleyan University before obtaining her Masters and Doctor of Music Arts in Vocal Performance at the University of Wisconsin Madison. Dr. Guarrine has enjoyed a successful career as a full-time opera singer, and is currently an Associate Professor of Voice at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
