Greg and Dan talk with City Manager Patrick Urich about the building of the Barge Concept in Peoria and the city’s ongoing discussions with the City Council. He explains the agreement from the late 1980s/early 1990s, the changes being considered, and the possible outcomes if the project moves forward. Currently, the council is split on the decision.

Patrick also provides updates on traffic improvements, including the conversion of one-way streets back into two-way streets, and how traffic has been managed since the project began.
