It's National Sleep Awareness Week, so Greg Belfrage goes over some healthy habits for better sleep.  One study showed that screen time, (watching a movie, scrolling) is part of the bedtime routine.  Another statistic is that people average about 6.5 hours of sleep, but the ideal is 7.1 hours of sleep.
