Greg Belfrage goes over the Online Sports Betting measure that recently passed the senate and now will be up to the voters.  Some people say they are for it because they are allready using those online betting apps but if South Dakota legalizes it, the state will benefit.  Others are against it because the state has promised to use gambling profits towards property tax issues and they did not.
