In The Last Word, Greg Belfrage goes over the EPA ending the federal pressure on carmakers to produce cars that turn off while idling.  Most of the people who called in rejoiced at this change because they hated it when the car turned off while idling.  Most people hated it because of the damage it did to their cars. They also hated it because when the car stopped it also turned off the heater and/or the air conditioner.
