We get an insight from Professor Wang Linfa on how a vaccine is found and what the deployment method will be should one be created. 

Prof Wang Linfa is the Director of Duke-NUS Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases and is working with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) to roll out a vaccine trial here. CEPI, headquartered in Norway, is a public-private alliance that aims to derail epidemics by speeding up the development of vaccines.

Prof Wang is also a virologist who was part of the World Health Organization Emergency Committee on COVID-19 outbreak.
