Today I am talking to someone I have known for awhile now—Dr. Anthony Balduzzi. Anthony and I met about 10 years ago at naturopathic medical school. We were both very busy students at the time, but I noticed immediately that Anthony was going above and beyond—working on launching a business on top of medical school. I quickly learned that he was a very motivated and very smart guy that wanted to help as many people as he possibly could. Now, he runs the Fit Father and Fit Mother Projects—online communities where people can come together to lose weight and get healthy in a sustainable way, adhering to naturopathic principals. We talked about Anthony’s formative childhood experience seeing his father die of cancer, how anyone can develop healthy habits, and how surrounding yourself with a supportive community can be a key to achieving your health and weight loss goals.
