Interview with Jonathan Holloway creative director for the Melbourne Festival

Sam and Matilda chat with Amy Jordan from the Institute of Sleeping and Breathing about World Sleep Day and why sleep health and hygiene are so important. Amy explains what good sleep habits actually look like in everyday life, how things like naps and caffeine can impact our routines, and some of the common habits that might secretly be ruining people’s sleep.

They also discuss whether sleep apps, trackers and white noise are actually helpful, what to do if you still feel tired despite getting enough sleep, and a few simple habits listeners can try to improve their sleep. The chat wraps up with a quick round of rapid-fire questions.
