Sam, Jess and Ruta lean fully into World Snack Day with a very on-brand, snack-fuelled Wednesday. The team revisit the Question of the Week — are we addicted to our phones? — and take the opportunity to publicly roast Sam’s screen time.

Midweek Confessions sees Jess and Ruta scrambling to finish chicken before class, while Sam recounts an awkward phone interaction that probably could’ve ended sooner. There are strong snack opinions, controversial hot takes and plenty of personal favourites shared before snack reviewer and Aussie influencer Emily drops by the studio to recommend her must-try picks and call out what’s overrated.

Ruta steps up as Crunchmaster to close out the show — and let’s just say things didn’t exactly stay calm.
