Sam, Jess and Ruta celebrate Global Recycling Day by discussing old pop-culture trends they'd like to see have a comeback, as well as old items they still own, which are well-past their used date! From snow leopard teddy bears to dodgy wallets to sentimental eyeshadow palettes, the Cereal Box is bubbling with high energy and chaos, before Sam chats with Sustainability Victoria about the importance of recycling.

In honour of National Awkward Moments Day, Ruta seeks validation from Sam and Jess on numerous awkward first-hand experiences, before Midweek Confessions sees Jess awkwardly standing beside her friend talking to her crush, Sam struggling to pronounce character names at a Trivia while simultaenously not being able to hear a crowd member's compliments, and Ruta getting ignored in class.

 Noah Holland also joins the studio, ahead of his stand-up comedy gig appearing in Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and the team also debate the Get Cereal Weekly Question: What everyday moment deserves an Oscar?
