Starting a new school is a big deal, and it isn’t only grown-ups who should be asking the questions. We went to Alleyn’s Regent’s Park and Alleyn’s Hampstead and asked pupils one that really matters: what was your first day actually like?

They told us about feeling nervous, not wanting to let go of Dad and the kind teachers who helped them settle in.
