A third migrant has died in connection with Delaney Hall, New Jersey's largest immigrant detention facility, but the Department of Homeland Security says the man was no longer in ICE custody at the time of his death. Flock Safety, the police tech company that scans and tracks Americans' license plates through pole-mounted cameras, is announcing new privacy safeguards. And Malcolm-Jamal Warner's mother has reached a proposed settlement that would send the majority of his trust and estate to his daughter.
