Then one day he was offered a job, and he decided that this time, he would stick it out no matter what. A self described grumpy old man, Clay may sometimes annoy his bosses and job coaches, but he’s also a hard worker who cares about doing a good job. Working side by side with his boss George, they share little jokes and enjoy taking digs at each other. It’s clear that he has, as  George says, become part of the furniture in the workplace.
