The National Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, Minister Nathi Mthethwa in collaboration with the Free State government will today officially hand over the Winnie Mandela Museum. The handover will take place in Winnie Mandela town formerly known as Brandfort. The event earlier had to be postponed twice, due to protests by residents against the town name change, citing poor service delivery in the area.
