The United National Transport Union, UNTU has accused PRASA of bad faith and underhanded tactics in a retrenchment process affecting over 600 workers. UNTU says its repeated attempts to engage PRASA leadership were ignored, forcing the union to take urgent legal action in the Labour Court.
