The South African National Taxi Council, SANTACO in KwaZulu Natal is demanding a rank for its members at a newly established Oceans Mall in Umhlanga, Durban. Scores of taxi operators blockaded the entrances and exits to Mall, causing major traffic disruptions in the Umhlanga CBD.
