The Public Servants Association (PSA) has expressed concern over a report by the Public Service Commission (PSC) that suggests many senior managers in the North West provincial government may lack the necessary qualifications. The Premier's Office has disputed the findings but the PSA is calling for transparency and accountability. Elvis Presslin spoke to PSA North West Labour Relations Officer, Nceba Baardman
