Civic movement, Progressive Forces of South Africa will today picket at the Nigerian Embassy in Pretoria, in protest of the recent coronation of a Nigerian Igbo 'King' in KuGompo, Eastern Cape. The coronation has sparked violent unrest in Buffalo City, with several vehicles torched, foreign-owned shops looted, and a local man stabbed. The group is demanding answers and accountability over the coronation and subsequent violence.
