Anxiety in children is the second most common disorder in Australian children aged 5-14 and the most common disorder amongst girls. That's according to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. And if you are a parent of an anxious child you'll know just how hard and heartbreaking it can be. Dr Kayleen Henderson is a child psychiatrist and mum of three.
