Welcome to the Sydney Friday Diary! We crammed a lot into our Syds trip. From GF bakery finds to back to back pod recordings at the new iheart ARN studios in Sydney.

Huge shout out to Claire my pod manager for helping so much behind the scenes. When i record in Australia i have really big back to back recording days and Claire really helped pull everything together, from helping book the guests to keeping me on track with time, keeping me caffeinated and feeding me.
