In this episode of Faith Answers, Pastor Gary Roy teaches from 2 Kings 6 about the powerful moment when Elisha prays for his servant’s eyes to be opened. Surrounded by an enemy army, the servant panics—until he sees the mountain filled with horses and chariots of fire. Pastor Gary explores faith in God’s invisible protection, the reality of spiritual warfare, and the ministry of angels who guard believers. Through personal stories of divine intervention and clear biblical truth, he reminds listeners that those who are with us are more than those who are against us.

The message closes with a strong gospel invitation to trust Jesus Christ as Savior.

God's Protection

In this special episode of Faith Answers, Pastor Gary Roy celebrates the 41st anniversary of Colonial Oaks Baptist Church while teaching from Acts 2 on the true foundations of the Lord’s church. Looking at the early believers after Pentecost, he highlights four essential pillars: the apostles’ doctrine (the preaching and teaching of God’s Word), genuine fellowship, the breaking of bread (including the Lord’s Supper), and prayers. Pastor Gary shows how these biblical practices create a living, Spirit-filled body rather than just a social organization, and how they still form the pattern for a healthy church today.

The message includes a clear gospel invitation and a call for believers to examine their hearts as they remember Christ’s sacrifice.

Foundations of the Church

In this episode of Faith Answers, Pastor Gary Roy continues his study of Mark 13 and the Olivet Discourse with a focus on endurance. Looking at Jesus’ words that “he who endures to the end shall be saved,” he clarifies the context for Israel during the tribulation while drawing practical lessons for believers today. Pastor Gary highlights three key truths: the enduring message of God’s unchanging Word, the reality of opposition and the cost of following Christ, and the need for enduring faith that is strong in the Lord and the power of His might.

Listeners are encouraged to put on the whole armor of God, speak what the Holy Spirit gives, and stand firm until Jesus returns. The message closes with a clear gospel invitation.

Endurance

In this episode of Faith Answers, Pastor Gary Roy begins a study of Mark 13, Jesus’ Olivet Discourse on the signs of the times. He addresses spiritual deception and false teachers, wars and rumors of wars, natural disasters, and the prophetic significance of current events surrounding Israel. Pastor Gary also offers a biblical perspective on artificial intelligence and the rise of anti-Semitism, reminding listeners that these are the beginnings of sorrows but the end is not yet. The central call remains clear: the gospel must be preached to all nations while there is still time.

A timely and hope-filled message that points believers to the soon return of Jesus Christ.
