What if the signs of a heart attack looked nothing like you expected? For years, women have been told their symptoms were just stress, anxiety, or getting older. This episode asks what our bodies are actually trying to tell us.
Family physician Dr. Tasha Bienert explains why a woman's heart attack can feel very different from the classic "elephant on the chest." It might feel like heartburn, indigestion, pressure, or a cramp. She also explains why hormone therapy has come back into favour, and why she now prescribes it with confidence again for perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
Linda Freeman and Kat Cullen look at the collagen craze. Influencers claim it can erase wrinkles, grow hair, rebuild joints and improve sleep. Is it really a fountain of youth? We also hear how a father's fight with Parkinson's inspired his daughter to build a beauty brand. And registered clinical counsellor Claire Maisonneuve explains what your phone is doing to your sleep, and why scrolling the news before bed works against you.
